Patti: The music is wonderful. I had no idea you were so talented. It tickles me greatly to find out what has become of us after all these years. It's funny, but my sister studied under Mrs. Schroth for 8+/-years. She then went to Amherst and Smith College and sudied opera. She is now retired, but twice was the principal soloist (lyric soprano)in concerts at Carnegie Hall during the holiday season in the late 90's. Small world, isn't it. B-T-W, I noticed a misspelling in your bio; 10th line down "recieved". I visit NY often on business. Maybe I can grab you and your husband for a drink. Take care, Geoff

Glad to find this site. Your recorded work is most enjoyable.

I was originally trying to find a contact for Godfrey Schroth. First heard a world premiere of his at a Trenton Symphony concert in the spring of 1953 when I was a kid. Was already an Antheil fan (this concert included "McKonkey's Ferry"), and was impressed by Godfrey's music AND the fact that a "real, live" composer was present at the concert. A nice close to a program that had begun with Beethoven's 6th and included Enescu.

Thank you for your attention to, and fine performance of, Godfrey Schroth's work. I believe you have a new album due out soon; I'll look forward to hearing it.

Patricia,
I am hoping you can help me since I saw that you and Jackie were performing together.
I am an old friend of Jackie Schiller's (Audi) and would love to contact her again. My maiden name is: Teri Fiorito. It has been a long time since we've been in touch. My last address for Jackie was Schimmel St. in Paramus. Would you be so kind as to pass along to her my e-mail address? THANK YOU SO MUCH! Teri Bays (TeriBays@TeriBays.com)

Dear Ms. Hendrix,
My son, Robby, told me he met you in Nicaragua recently. I am very impressed with your website. I love the appearance and how it is laid out. We recently performed the debut concert of the Spotswood Community Orchestra in Fredericksburg, VA. It is an ensemble formed for the sole purpose of performing benefit concerts to help the hungry and homeless in our community. Our site, www.spotswoodcommunityorch.com tells a bit more about us. It would be wonderful to explore the possibilities for us to collaborate on a project at some time in the future.
Respectfully,
Robert Farmer

Hi Patti! I met you at Christine's wedding in Nicaragua. I've listened to your audio clips and they sound great! I'm going to tell my dad to visit your site, as he's just started the Spotswood Community Orchestra in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Wouldn't it be cool if you could perform with them some day. Hope all is well, I look forward to getting your cd. Take care,
Robby

Hi Patti, enjoyed the music! Just wanted to say glad everyone in your household is doing well. You must be excited about becoming a grandma! Let me know when the baby is born. Steven's band just put out their official CD, complete with that nasty plastic wrapper! Wanted to tell you that he thanked YOU in the CD. You can see and here them at myspace.com/molotovcockrock
They have been playing all over, the other night at Maxwell's in Hoboken and this Sat at Borders in Wayne near the Willowbrook Mall. Come and check them out! Talk to you soon, love, Elaine

I got it working now, thanks to my daughter. The Mazurka is very expressive and beautiful. I liked your robato interpretation of it. Keep it up!

I obtained your "Something Old, Something New" Album (earlier this year?) and it has rekindled a long-lost interest in music. The skill of that former little girl in the blue uniform hasn't ceased to amaze me. Keep up the good work.

Beautiful site! Love the icicles and butterflies. Was just browsing the web and checked out my name, although I'm a Patti, not a Patricia and I played the French Horn for six years in school.

Lovely website Patti!
I have to say though, I get edgy everytime I even see Mrs. Schroth's name in print. She saw what a slacker I am from the word go.

Hello,
My sister Mayumi and I were former students of Dorothy Schroth between 1976 to 1986. We are currently living in Japan, and were wondering how the Schroths were doing. I googled her name, and found your website. We feel proud to know that one of her students is a professional pianist!! We would appreciate any feedback on how the Schroths are doing, and also any information on how to contact them. (We remember the name of the street they lived on, but everything else was lost during the 8 times we've moved since we last saw them.)
Thank you,
Mayumi and Hiroko Negishi
